Name: Harry Levi 

What instrument do you play? Trumpet 

Why do you like being in the band? It is a great opportunity to learn about music and I enjoy playing different kinds of music. 

How long have you been playing in the school band for? One and a half years. 

Where have you performed? I have performed at Newcastle for Bandfest, Performing Arts Night, at the Green Point Community Centre, Erina Learning Community and more. 

What has been a highlight for you? Last year, winning the ‘Junior Band Award. 

What would you say to anyone that is thinking of joining the band? It is a great way to learn how to read music and learn to play an instrument.
