Woodport Waste Warriors

We have an amazing team of dedicated students who are fighting our war on waste. The diligent 'Woodport Waste Warriors' team meet daily dressed in their green fluro safety vests and green bucket hats, encouraging students to place their rubbish in the appropriate bins and providing information on recyclable items. They discuss the importance of minimising waste and promoting a clean rubbish free playground and classroom. Recyclables are collected and cashed in at the Return and Earn, using our refunds to fund our Environment Club. The team is led by our amazing sustainability advocate Mrs Kirby.
